This site is useful to skeptics that want to evaluate the health benefits of the WFPB diet. The last pages give guidance for implementing the WFPB diet.

My story

Hi! I am Wolfram Volpi and I like science. My initial interest in WFPB was scientific curiosity.

In 2018 I searched "healthiest diet for humans" and found WFPB. The health claims sounded too good to be true. I was skeptical and intrigued. How do scientists know that WFPB is the healthiest diet is for humans? I read a lot of scientific studies before changing my diet. Reading healthspan and lifespan studies convinced me that WFPB significantly improves health and quality of life.

Changing to my diet to WFPB was easy. I have been eating 90% WFPB since 2018.

Format
